Diane Thomas has been teaching violin lessons at Allegro Music since 1999. Over the years she has taught a variety of ages, from children in elementary school to adults of retirement age. She enjoys sharing her love of music and the violin with others.

Diane started playing the violin at the age of 10. She took private lessons and played in school, community and all-city orchestras. She was awarded a music scholarship to Colorado State University, where she played in the CSU Symphony Orchestra.

Diane is a charter member of the Parker Symphony Orchestra (formerly the South Suburban Community Orchestra), for which she has played since 1994. She has also played at her church on several occasions.

Diane is a warm, caring teacher who makes violin lessons a positive and fun experience. She structures her lessons around each student and their individual needs and strengths. Diane works hard to make each lesson both productive and enjoyable.
